FAQ

Why should you hire a licensed general contractor?

Our team is detailed! In addition to the general contractor we have a project manager that helps assist in timelines and deliverables. We also take a personalized approach to your project and will be there with you every step of the way. A licensed contractor should supervise all subcontractors, in addition to purchasing all the necessary materials to complete your project. We also know expert engineers if necessary for your project that we can refer you to, and we will be able to pull all necessary permits and work with inspectors to make sure the construction meets local codes. We also offer a warranty on all of our work for added peace of mind. We are licensed and bonded.
